- Min.1-year experience in a sales or telemarketing environment or in SW or Service-Outsourcing industries.
- Business and social and networking skills
- Self-organized and very responsible
- Fluent English and another European language (Scandinavian languages, German or French)

- Generation of new sales leads via direct customer engagement including targeted web search in scientific databases scientific publications, and e‐mail/telephone
- Qualification of sales leads to identify whether their research goals are aligned with ISDE offerings.
- Participating in marketing campaigns preparation and execution,
- Monitoring market trends and competition
- Working closely with senior sales staff from the first contact to the closing phase.
- Being creative about ways to approach decision-makers.
- Establishing and maintaining the appropriate pipeline to meet the requirements of the sales targets
